Me parece que as pessoas não têm uma visão clara da própria rotina.
Se você acha que não tem uma rotina, você só não está no controle dela. E sabe quem está? Todas as outras pessoas.
Quando você não define como vai ser o seu dia, o mundo define por você. Você passa o seu dia reagindo ao que acontece.
O primeiro passo para resolver qualquer problema é identificar que ele existe.
O nome desse comportamento é Gestão Passiva: reagir aos acontecimentos e apagar incêndios a medida que eles vão aparecendo. Parece ser o padrão atualmente.
A Autogestão nasceu dos métodos e perspectivas que utilizo no dia a dia da minha agência. Combinado com a dificuldade que vejo de outros profissionais que conheço em fazer uma gestão eficiente da própria vida.
